These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of tezi.us and any purchase from Tezi LLC ("Tezi," "we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which are part of these Terms.

1. Who we are

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, or use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout.
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.
We try to keep product details accurate, but errors can happen. If we find a mistake in a price or description after you order, we'll contact you before shipping and you can cancel for a full refund.

4. Product images and sizing

Product photos are digital mockups. Colors can look different on different screens, and print size and placement can vary slightly from item to item. Some of our marketing images and videos use AI-generated models or scenes. Check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

5. Made to order, refunds and shipping

Items are printed on demand. All sales are final except as described in our Refund Policy. Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

7. Marketing emails

If you sign up for our emails, we'll send you news about drops, restocks and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

8. Intellectual property

The Tezi name, logos, designs, graphics and site content belong to Tezi LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no fraud, scraping, interfering with security, or uploading harmful code.

10. Messages you send us

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.

11. Third-party services

The site uses third-party services (such as Shopify, payment processors, print partners and social media links). Their own terms and policies apply to your use of them.

12. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we don't promise the site will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these Terms removes any warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded, including your rights for damaged or defective items.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Tezi LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon and applicable US federal law. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Oregon, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
